A Daoist priest handed me a hand-written talisman and said: “You don’t need to change the world. Just bring your heart home.”
That moment changed everything.
So I created Gentlwish — not as a brand, but as a quiet promise:
To offer real, meaningful comfort through sacred symbols made with care.
Each talisman is blessed by hand.
Each jade pendant is chosen for its calm energy.
No magic. No hype. Just presence.
We’ve sent gentle wishes to over 30 countries.

From Lost to Found — This Is My Story
Not long ago, I was just like many of you.
Buried under work pressure, tangled in difficult relationships, and anxious about the future — I felt like a spinning top, busy on the outside but empty inside. Sleepless nights, exhausted mornings. I didn‘t know what I was living for.
Then, almost by chance, I discovered the wisdom of Daoism.
I read the Classic of Purity and Stillness: “When a person learns to be still, the whole universe surrenders to them.” I studied the Tao Te Ching: “Be content with what you have. Know when to stop.” Those ancient words became a gentle hand lifting me from despair. I learned to follow nature, embrace simplicity, and find true peace within.
That was when I received my very first Daoist protection talisman — a peace talisman for harmony and safety. It was small, even plain. But it gave me a sense of grounding I had never known. Later, I also acquired a jade pendant — its cool, smooth texture against my chest became a daily reminder: slow down, quiet your mind, and return to yourself.
That was the moment I realized — this kind of comfort should not be mine alone.
That is why this website exists. We carefully select authentic Taoist talismans and jade pendants — each piece carrying centuries of wisdom and blessing. They are not loud or flashy, but they bring quiet strength. They do not promise miracles, but they offer something rare: a sense of inner peace.
